“Wonderful hotel. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff from front desk to manager to restaurant servers were all excellent and helpful.”

“Love the service snd location. The gym is tiny and poorly equipped. The rooftop bar cb so much better with an upgrade that included more TV’s (( including outside) and a bigger bar. They should spend some money and model it after the Auburn facility.”

“The stay was very average. Positives is it is a beautiful complex with trails and access to the sports complex. Negatives are that they ran out of towels for one of the days at both the pool and in our room, spider webs on the balcony railings and chairs, found items in our room that were not ours and left from prior stays, and the pool was very underwhelming (no towels, pool bar closed, and not nearly enough chairs).”

“The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes.”

“The room was very warm, cooled by a small air conditioner, which took hours to bring the room down to a good sleeping temperature. The comforter was quite heavy which added to this problem. Evening staff were excellent. Airport shuttle driver was wonderful. Morning front desk staff were rude.”

“Location was excellent. Rooftop bar and view was amazing. The only problem was there was a private party on the roof for one of our nights and they took up almost the whole space.”
